CogniCor, one of the leading AI-based platforms which offers cognitive virtual assistant solutions, has been ranked fourth amongst the key international chatbot solution providers in the 'Global Chatbots Market Professional Survey Report 2017'.
Highlighting its cutting-edge and superlative technology derived from brand-led scientific explorations, CogniCor's virtual assistant (chatbot) solutions have been graded above the chatbot solutions offered by Google, Microsoft, Facebook, and IBM in the recent report.
A Brainchild of Dr. Sindhu Joseph and Rosh Cherian, CogniCor was launched in 2012 as a spinoff from Dr. Joseph's research thesis at Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, Barcelona, Spain.
The research-oriented, innovation-driven platform offers AI-based virtual assistant (chatbot) solutions that primarily cater to finance, IT support, and telecom sector. These virtual assistant solutions leverage CogniCor's patented technology in Machine learning and NLP, which makes them self-learning and self-evolving in nature.
CogniCor's avant-garde technological solutions have been deployed across market verticals through its SaaS-based initiatives, which includes OCBC Bank's virtual assistant 'Emma' (Singapore).
This chatbot has till date generated over USD 28 million by extending apt recommendations and facilitating quick buying decisions for the bank's home loan vertical. CogniCor also operates on a partner-driven model by collaborating with market players such as Atos and Wipro to develop third-party automation solutions.
