As the intense cold wave and dense fog continued to engulf the national capital and its neighbouring regions on Monday, the train services were hampered.

As many as 35 trains have been delayed, five rescheduled and ten cancelled.

Several parts of North India, including Delhi and the adjoining National Capital Region, have been witnessing a dense fog and a fall in the temperatures.

Meanwhile, the Air Quality Index readings from the city's Lodhi Road area showed PM 2.5 was 211 and PM 10 as 213.
