Laverne Cox is bold and beautiful and doesn't always need makeup as she recently flaunted her natural avatar on the social media with a no makeup selfie.

The 'Orange Is The New Black' star, who looked effortlessly chic in the picture, captioned her selfie, "#AuNaturale #NoMakeup #NoFilter #NoWeave #washfacenobase #TransIsBeautiful," reprts E! Online.

However, while the 31-year-old actress can proudly post a make-up free selfie now, she hasn't always had that kind of confidence as she revealed in a previous interview that she had always been picking herself apart.
