Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan on Wednesday claimed that the Congress party is shying away from a structural debate in the Parliament for fears of skeletons emerging from its closet.

"Why is the Congress party shying away from a structural debate? They are afraid because their skeletons will come stumbling out of the closet. The fear of that is making them run away," Pradhan told ANI.

"We challenge the Congress to come and discuss everything in the House," he added.

Meanwhile, Minister of State for skill development and entrepreneurship Rajiv Pratap Rudy said his party had decided to spoil the Congress' big ploy.

"We challenge the Congress leaders to come and discuss everything in the Parliament. We have decided that we will spoil the Congress' big ploy. Our party and our leaders are clean," said Rudy.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj had earlier claimed that a senior Congress leader was pressing her to give a diplomatic passport to coal scam accused Santosh Bagrodia.

She also said on twitter that she will reveal the name of the Congress leader on the floor of the House today.

Meanwhile, the Lok Sabha was adjourned till noon today amid massive opposition uproar over the Lalit Modi controversy.
