Days after Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath laid emphasis on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's ambitious 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan', the Moradabad cops were seen holding brooms and cleaning the surroundings of the police station.
The police officials here also pledged to abide by the cleanliness drive.
In the run up the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) had laid special focus on cleanliness in its manifesto.
On his first day in office, Adityanath got his team of officials to take a pledge to implement 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan' across the state.
