Simon Cowell's pregnant gal-pal Lauren Silverman is reportedly flying to the south of France to have 'heart-to-heart talks with him.
The X-Factor judge, who had flown back to London while on holiday in the French Riviera for the One Direction premiere, has rented a villa to stay with the 36-year old New York socialite, despite his luxury Slipstream yacht anchored nearby, the Mirror reported.
Lauren's baby-bump was quite visible when she landed at Nice airport on Thursday, according to the report.
