Simon Cowell's pregnant gal-pal Lauren Silverman's jilted husband has reportedly issued her an ultimatum that she would lose the custody of their 7-year old son if she moved permanently to Los Angeles.
The New York socialite's legal team has been warned regarding the serious risk if she relocates permanently to the US west coast, the Daily Star reported.
Andrew Silverman, Lauren's estranged husband had accepted the marriage was over but was furious that she had considered moving their son Adam, hundreds of miles away from him.
The X-Factor judge and his 36-year old pregnant baby-mama had been making plans for when their baby is born and both agree that she should live with, or at least very near him, so he can be as involved as possible.
The 53-year old music mogul recently gifted her a 25,000 pound white gold diamond-encrusted eternity bracelet as a sign of his commitment to her and to the baby.
Lauren, who is around 12 weeks pregnant, is keen to maintain custody of their boy after the divorce.
