Simon Cowell is reportedly pressurizing pregnant gal-pal Lauren Silverman to settle her bitter divorce with husband Andrew Silverman, to avoid bad publicity.
Cowell is concerned about his reputation and has told Lauren to settle the matter at the earliest, even if he has to pay a significant amount of cash for it, TMZ reported.
Lauren is reportedly very nervous and fears upsetting Cowell, but doesn't want to let go of her 7-year-old son in order to settle things with her husband and appease the X-Factor judge.
Andrew and Lauren have decided to resolve the divorce amicably but are going to fight over child custody.
