Cricket greats from around the world including Steve Waugh, Ricky Ponting and Shane Warne will be reaching Macksville in New South Wales on Wednesday for the funeral of Philip Hughes.
Australian cricket team captain Michael Clarke flew into Macksville on Monday to assist in preparations for the ceremony at Hughes' old school, the Daily Telegraph reported.
India will be represented by stand-in captain Virat Kohli who will lead the touring team in the upcoming Test series.
India's team director Ravi Shastri and coach Duncan Fletcher would accompany Kohli at the funeral in Macksville.
Hughes has been given heartfelt tributes from across the world, from cricketers, fans and even rival sports like Test rugby and English Premier League soccer.
