Cuba Gooding Jr set to star in Martin Luther King pic 'Selma'

Cuba Gooding Jr. is set to play famed civil rights attorney and activist Fred Gray in the upcoming Martin Luther King film 'Selma'.

The Paramount Pictures film is about King's 1965 landmark voting rights campaign, which is regarded as the peak of the civil rights movement, Deadline.com reported.

Gooding joins David Oyelowo, Tom Wilkinson, Oprah Winfrey and Martin Sheen in the pic produced by Plan B and Winfrey in the film, which is directed by Ava DuVernay.
