Customers at a trendy East Village restaurant were taken aback when a customer sat down at a table and bared her breasts.
The owner, Labinot Baraliu, who kicked her out of the restaurant, said that the girl defended her action saying that taking her shirt off was legal in New York.
The impromptu peep show happened at Verso on Avenue C, just after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, the New York Daily News reported.
The woman walked in with a male companion and ordered water.
But when the busboy came back with glasses, the blond had already taken off her silk blouse forcing a tableful of red-faced witnesses to look away.
