Manchester United manager David Moyes is confident about Borussia Dortmund's midfielder Ilkay Gundogan moving to Old Trafford in a swap that could see Shinji Kagawa return to his former club.
However, the report added that the deal is subject to Gundogan's recovery from his back injury.
According to the Daily Star, Manchester is confident that they have won the 25 million pound battle for the midfielder who would also be a target for Spanish side Real Madrid and United's Premier League rivals Arsenal.
However, the key point is that Dortmund is ready to sell Gundogan as the midfielder will have only a year left on his contract this summer, the report added.
