The Delhi Government on Saturday ordered a magisterial probe into the Burari incident in which two Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLAs were booked for creating a ruckus at a police station.
The Delhi Government has asked the Sub-Divisional Magistrate to file a report against those responsible for it.
Earlier in the day, the AAP said their party MLAs were just protesting against the police inaction in a kidnapping case and accused the men in uniform of misbehaving with the people.
An FIR has been registered against AAP MLAs Sanjiv Jha and Akhilesh Tripathi for creating ruckus at the Burari Police Station last night in which over 15 people were injured.
