Delhi HC fixes Sept.29 as next date of hearing for dengue crisis

The Delhi High Court on Thursday fixed September 29 as next date of hearing for petitions related to the ongoing dengue crisis in the national capital.

The decision to postpone the date of hearing was taken on a petition filed by the president of the Delhi unit of the Congress Party Ajay Maken on the issue.

The high court has sought responses from the MCD, NDMC and the Government of Delhi on what steps it has taken to end the crisis.
