A Delhi Court today asked the police to submit an action taken report on a complaint seeking FIR against Minister of State for External Affairs General (Retd.) V.K. Singh over his remark on the Ballabhgarh incident.

General (Retd.) Singh had while attempting to delink the Centre over the killing of two Dalit kids said the government is blamed even if a stone is pelted at a dog.
