Demi Lovato has recently revealed that her boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama, saved her from going back to rehab in 2013, as she was struggling with her eating disorder.
The 'Heart Attack' singer said that Valderrama spotted the signs early, which helped her avoid the relapse, the Mirror reported.
Now she's on a structured meal plan and eats four small meals and two snacks a day, which has taught her portion control, she further added.
The former Disney star, who still works out regularly so she can be stronger both physically and mentally, insisted that she feels much more confident about her body these days and her new motto is: "If Beyonce can do it, so can she."
Lovato also looks up to Kim Kardashian West and other celebrities that are known for their curves.
