Inching closer to her post-rehab recovery, singer-songwriter Demi Lovato has decided to 'never give up' and her latest Instagram post is a proof of the same.
The 'Sorry Not Sorry' singer shared a selfie wearing her Brazilian jiu-jitsu martial arts outfit and showing off her after workout glow.
"Sweaty, messy jiu-jitsu hair. #BJJ #bluebelt #nevergiveup," read the caption.
She has often posted pictures and videos about her workouts and jiu-jitsu accomplishments on social media.
Lovato maintained a low profile on social media after she was hospitalised for overdosing in July. However, she did break her silence in November when she encouraged her fans to vote in the midterm election.
Following her hospitalisation after an apparent drug overdose, the 26-year-old singer spent some time in a rehab facility to seek help and has been very focused on her health.
