Hollywood singer Demi Lovato, who was admitted to the hospital last month following a drug overdose, has been discharged.
As reported by E Online, Lovato has now flown to a rehab where she will stay for an extended period of time.
The 25-year-old singer was found unconscious at her home in Hollywood Hills last month, after which she was rushed to the hospital.
Speaking about her fatal overdose, the 'Sorry Not Sorry' singer earlier on Sunday took to her Instagram, thanking her fans, family, friends, and the Hospital staff. "Without them, I wouldn't be here writing this letter to all of you," wrote Lovato.
The singer also said that she needs to focus on sobriety, adding "I look forward to the day where I can say I came out on the other side."
Lovato is well known for her struggle with substance abuse for years, and recently she gave fans a sneak peek into her life when she talked about her struggles with addiction in the documentary- 'Simply Complicated'.
She also opened up about her addiction to drugs in her single "Sober", which was released in June.
