As India recorded its fifth straight win in the ongoing World Cup to finish on top of Pool 'B' with one game left in hand, skipper Mahindra Singh Dhoni has revealed how their bowlers have finally found the 'good line and length' in their bowling that has kept the team on a winning run in the tournament so far.

Backing the bowlers, Dhoni said that players are the same, only their results have changed, while at the same time he insisted that it has nothing to do with him surrendering the Test captaincy.

Dhoni retired from the long format of the game following India's 2-0 loss to Australia in the Border-Gavaskar Test series in December-January.

Since then he has fully focused on his role as ODI captain and has seen the Indian team lose the Mid Carlton one-day Tri series against Australia and England and then go on to win five back-to-back games in the World Cup, with their latest victory coming against Ireland on Tuesday.

And Dhoni believes that it is the bowlers who should be credited for that. He said that what the bowlers are doing, he hasn't seen for a long time.

The skipper claimed that they used to keep telling the bowlers to 'bowl one line' and 'bowl to length', adding that it was more like a said thing that was listened by them. However, he believes that now they have seen it and tasted it.

Dhoni is hopeful that even after the World Cup, once they go back, they would still have a memory of their bowling antics outside the subcontinent, insisting that they have to stick to good line and length, as it is something that rewards them.

Dhoni further said that hopefully their bowlers would retain all the things that have learned in the tournament so far.
