Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni will lead Jharkhand in the Vijay Hazare National One Day tournament, beginning February 25.
This development comes two days after Dhoni was removed from captaincy of his Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Rising Pune Supergiants and was replaced by Australia skipper Steve Smith.
The wicketkeeper-batsman, while playing for Jharkhand, has never captained the side during the last two seasons.
