'Titanic' actor Leonardo DiCaprio has won the case against Oops magazine for alleging that the actor impregnated Rihanna.
The 40-year-old actor, who was awarded 9,000 dollars in damages from the French magazine for false claims of knocking up the 'Diamond' hit-maker and not wanting the baby, TMZ.com reported.
However, this hasn't stopped the Frederic Truskolaski, owner of the mag, from making more claims that could dig further holes in his pocket.
DiCaprio had been linked to the 27-year-old singer in a number of gossip reports.
