An Los Angeles police officer involved in a confrontation with 'Django Unchained' actress Daniele Watts has claimed that she is lying and making "malicious and false statements".

While defending himself against any charges of wrongdoing, Sgt. Jim Parker refuted her claim that the police accused her of prostitution because she was being publicly affectionate with her boyfriend, Brian James Lucas.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, he recorded the incident from the moment he got out of his car and has said that Watts' post on her Facebook page about the confrontation was false.

Watts had said that she was "showing affection, fully clothed", but the officer has said that "they were f***ing" in a public place.
