Doctors and Nurses have been named the sexiest dates in a poll of 1,500 adults, where they were asked which profession they found the most attractive.
They beat competition from soldiers, police officers and firefighters, according to a research by website, Uniformdating.com found.
Around 30 percent of women claimed that they fancied doctors and 26 percent of men said nurses were their favourite, the Daily Star reported.
The survey revealed that people fancy medics because they appear caring and concerned.
Women also found firemen to be hunky, policemen as brave and loyal, and chefs to have fiery tempers.
