Dolly Parton has told Miley Cyrus, who has made it to the list of Time's 100 Most Influential People, that she needs stop being so drastic.
In a tribute to the 21-year-old as part of the magazine's coverage, Parton said that if she didn't know how smart and talented the 21-year-old singer was, she might be worried about her, the Mirror reported.
The 68-year-old country singer asserted that Cyrus was very proud of the work she did as Hannah Montana, but felt people were going to leave her there forever.
She added that Cyrus was just smothering and choking in it and therefore, the singer felt she had to do something completely drastic.
Parton added that 'Wrecking Ball' is a great song, asserting tha the whole album is great and she's hoping that now Cyrus can relax and show people how talented she really is.
