The deal on the 10,522 square feet beautiful home, which has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and sits on 13 acres, went through last week, TMZ.com reported.
The house - located in Montecito -boasts of 9 fireplaces and even the pool's got an ocean view.
The famous chat show host owns several other properties in the LA area, including homes in Beverly Hills and Hidden Valley.
