England players' families flown in to Perth days before team's arrival to save 'hustle-bustle'

England cricket team's intricate preparation for every aspect of this Ashes tour continues, flying families into Perth from England several days before the team's arrival so they are not jet-lagged and disturbing players in the middle of the night, according to reports.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, from their expansive list of dietary requirements to requests for umpires and scorers to be present at training sessions, the tourists have not left anything to chance.

They have been thrashed by a grand total of 599 runs over the first two Tests, and are apparently down for the count as they fly to Perth on Tuesday, the report said.

They will be hoping the appearance of players' partners and children in Australia can spark a stunning turnaround and lift in morale, the report added.

Like other national teams, England identify certain sections of tours to pay for families to fly out from home and stay with the team and the third Test at the WACA Ground was identified as the point at which they would join the travelling party, the report further said.

While England were licking their wounds with most of the day off on Monday, their better halves and kids were already in Perth keenly awaiting their arrival, the report mentioned.
