Ex Bond girl Honor Blackman feels Daniel Craig better 007 than Sean Connery

Former Bond girl Honor Blackman feels that Daniel Craig is a better James Bond than Sean Connery.

The British actress, who portrayed the role of Pussy Galore in 'Goldfinger' alongside Connery, said that according to her Craig was "terrific" and he was capable of so much more, the Mirror reported.

The 89-year-old actress asserted that Connery was perfection as Bond only as Ian Fleming wrote it and he was a Mr. Universe entrant, he was handsome and very sexy and had that ridiculous accent.

Blackman asserted that Fleming wrote a certain character and it was fun when they accepted he was a misogynist and a brutal fellow, but they loved him just the same.

She said that it was now no longer like Fleming, it was more like 'The Bourne Identity' and it was a different kind of film.

She further said that but that did not make any difference to the fact that they were super films and Craig was probably the best actor that ever played Bond.

Blackman believes the Bond franchise has evolved so much that the door is open to more radical changes including a black 007.
