Gwyneth Paltrow recently revealed that her former husband's Chris Martin music helped her deal with the death of her father.
Bruce Paltrow, who was a film director and producer, died at age 58 in 2002 after suffering complications from pneumonia and a recurrence of throat cancer, reports E! Online.
Paltrow met the 39-year-old singer three weeks after her father passed away.
The 43-year-old actress said in a recent interview that Martin wrote 'Everything's Not Lost' before she met him and she thinks another reason it's sad for her is her father had just died when this album came out.
She added that Coldplay's album 'Parachutes' was kind of getting her brother and her through that death.
