Sofia Vergara's former fiance Nick Loeb has given his blessing to her relationship with Joe Manganiello.
Loeb, 39, who had called off the engagement with Vergara for the second time in May, told Us Magazine that he approved of her new relationship with the 'Magic Mike' hunk, 37, if it made them happy.
The statement comes after the Onion Crunch founder and 'Modern Family' beauty, 42, who had started dating Manganiello in July, had an awkward encounter at the Angel Ball in NYC, where according to an onlooker, Loeb tried to keep their meeting cordial.
