Rosie O'Donnell has been sued by a former senior producer at 'The View,' Jennifer Shepard-Brookman.
The 53-year-old comedian was sued over the claims that she slandered the producer in the presence of the show's staff and got her fired from the show, Us magazine reports.
According to a source, in her suit filed in New York state court, Brookman stated that the comedian resented her fellow co-host and moderator of the ABC daytime show, Whoopi Goldberg.
The former senior producer complained that she lost her job in 2015 and claimed that The Rosie O'Donnell Show' star "accused Ms. Brookman of teaming with Ms. Goldberg to undermine Ms. O'Donnell."
In addition to this, Brookman also accused O'Donnell of "betraying professional and personal confidences" and leaking sensitive information to the media.
