Terror experts have urged the United States Government to increase security and update emergency response plans at soft targets in the wake of the mall massacre in Nairobi, Kenya.

Analysts said that Saturday's mass shooting in Nairobi should have an immediate impact among those who safeguard commercial and residential locations, like sports arenas, hotels, restaurants, movie theaters and housing complexes, Fox News reports.

The brutal killing of more than 72 people in an upscale mall in Kenya should work as a wake-up call for the people in United States, the experts said.
