Fans have come out to support Australian X Factor winner after she was subjected to racist remarks on Twitter.
Users on the social networking criticized the South Korean-born singer, Dami Im, after she was crowned as the X Factor winner, News.com.au reported.
Fans and supporters of Im came forward after it was said that she was not worthy of winning the crown because "it's not Australian X Factor if an Asian wins".
Users retaliated to the remarks, as one user said that nobody cares that she is Asian, as ethnicity has nothing to do with singing ability, whereas another user said that attacking Australia's X Factor winner because she is Asian makes everyone less Australian than her.
