'Fatherly' Giggs admits might snap at 'underperforming' Man U players

Manchester United player-coach Ryan Giggs has admitted that he might lose his temper and snap at the players, even though he generally feels fatherly towards them.

The veteran player, who was famously caught out having a string of affairs, was appointed as the temporary successor of the sacked David Moyes until the season's end.

According to the Daily Star, the married Giggs, had an eight-year fling with his brother's wife Natasha Giggs as well as a romance with Big Brother babe Imogen Thomas, believes that he can be a good manager and will enjoy his stint at the helm of affair.

Stating that players might get a shock if they see him lose his temper, Giggs said that although he feels fatherly towards them and portrays a generally placid image, he might sometimes snap at them if he gets frustrated in training or if they come in late.

Giggs' appointment became the subject of a barrage of jokes on Twitter, with fans raking out his string of love scandals and saying that his role as manager will be to assess the 'fitness' of his players' wives and girlfriends.

Although Moyes normally have pocketed 25 million pounds with five years left on his contract, but the report said that his failure to qualify for the Champions League triggered an 'ejector seat' clause in his deal, allowing United to get rid of him for five million pounds- a year's salary.
