Felicity Jones watched Beyonce's 'Lemonade' to get into her 'Star Wars' role

In an interview with E! Online, the 33-year-old actress, whose favourite track is 'Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)' by Beyonce, shared that she often found herself watching the singer's 'Lemonade' to prepare for the role.

"I think she's someone who has incredible power and is devoted to what she does, but she also seems like a very nice person," she said of the 35-year-old singer, adding, "I think that's very important to emulate."

To Jones' surprise, training for the role was not as difficult as she had imagined.

"It was just pure dedication," she said.

"I worked really closely with the stunt team, who were just the loveliest group of people. They really held my hand through it, actually, and made it very, very easy and straightforward. We just practiced a hell of a lot-a lot of rehearsal," she explained.

Also starring Diego Luno, Mads Mikkelson, Donnie Yen, Forest Whitaker and many more, 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' is slated for a December 16 release.
