Fox pictures has announced that they will soon be starting a new project, which will be based on the recent supreme court's decision of legalising same-sex marriage in the U.S.
The studio has also acquired life rights to Jim Obergefell, the lead plaintiff in the landmark lawsuit, his lawyer Al Gerhardstein, and to journalist Debbie Cenziper's book on the case, titled 21 Years To Midnight, Deadline.com reported.
Temple Hill is believed to be attached to the project as producer.
