Friends and family are helping Pierce Brosnan cope, after the actor lost his daughter to cancer last month.
The former Bond star's adopted daughter Charlotte, 41, died on June 28 after a three-year battle with ovarian cancer, 22 years after her mother Cassandra - Brosnan's first wife - died of the same disease.
Brosnan's close pal, Bron Roylance, told People magazine that Charlotte's illness came with darkness because the star was reliving the past, the Daily Express reported.
Roylance added that Brosnan is dealing with Charlotte's death but in reality he is beyond devastated.
However, Pierce is getting through this tough time with the help of his second wife Keely Shaye Smith, whom he married in 2001.
