George R.R. Martin is considering adapting his book series 'Game of Thrones', which is already a hit as television series on HBO, for the big screen.
During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the author mentioned the possibility of the movie, saying that it all depends on how long the main series runs.
The books get bigger and bigger and it might need a feature to tie things up, something with a budget, like 100 million dollars for two hours, he added.
The idea of 'Game of Thrones' movie will serve as breather for fans who were disheartened after writers David Benioff and Dan Weiss said the TV series' might end in seven seasons.
