The fans of 'Grey's Anatomy' have launched a petition to bring back Dr. Derek Shepherd character in the show after they were left heartbroken when the show dramatically ended Patrick Dempsey's character.
Courtney Williams has kicked off a petition aimed at Shonda Rimes, ABC and "McDreamy", requesting the return of the beloved character, People Magazine reported.
The Change.org petition has 600-plus-word description details which talks about the betrayal felt by the show's fan base.
Williams stated that this was important because one could not have people invest a decade into a character and then one just terminate them like that and one has people out here donating blood and organs trying to save lives, wanting to become doctors and all from committing to this television show just to let them down like this.
