Gwyneth Paltrow has denied reports that she had a "romantic relationship" with Elle Macpherson's husband Jeff Soffer.
The denial came after claims that her friendship with Soffer was being investigated by Vanity Fair magazine.
A spokesman for the 41-year-old actress said that the cheating accusations were completely false, the Daily Star reported.
The spokesman asserted that Soffer is a long-time pal of Paltrow's and there was no romantic relationship between the two.
Paltrow has been plagued with cheating rumours since the 43-year-old billionaire flew her to Miami for a lavish hotel re-opening party in 2008.
Her spokesman added that Soffer had flown many of his pals to Miami that weekend - not just Gwyneth.
