Gwyneth Paltrow is reportedly planning to destroy Larry Flynt's Hustler Hollywood sex store and build a fancy private club on its place.

The 'Iron Man' actress and her and business partner Gary Landesberg have reportedly signed a deal to build a swanky 'Arts Club' on the Sunset Strip, California just like in London and Aspen, TMZ.com reported.

The reports added that the expensive club, which will charge 2k dollars for a year membership, will not include any type of betting, but the guests will be allowed to play backgammon without any stakes.

Notably Hustler will not be closed as will be shifted to a new spot near the Kodak Theater, where the Oscars are held.
