Gwyneth Paltrow, who is known for her devastatingly good figure, has revealed that her daily routine includes two hours of exercise.
Paltrow keeps a strict daily regime that allows her to balance her two kids, acting work and company and also her lifestyle website Goop, all at once.
The 40-year-old actress told WWD,com that she wakes up at 7 a.m and gets her kids dressed in their school uniforms, the Huffington Post reported.
She said that she takes them to school and spends a good time with them.
Paltrow revealed that after going home, she works for one hour on all the e-mails that come in overnight from L.A and then exercises from about 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
"Then I work on Goop (the digital media and e-commerce company she founded) pretty much the rest of the day until I pick up my kids and then they have various activities," she added.
