Halle Berry has been ordered by a judge to pay ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry 16,000 dollars a month in child support, it has been revealed.
The settlement-which was approved by Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon on May 30 -- requires the Oscar-winning actress to pay nearly 200,000 dollars a year plus tuition money, to support their daughter Nahla.
According to Us magazine, it also calls for her to pay a retroactive payment of 115,000 dollars and 300,000 dollars to Aubry's attorneys to "cover the costs of their custody dispute."
The exes will split Nahla's health care expenses.
Although they never married, Berry and French-Canadian model Aubry, dated from 2005 to 2010.
