Friends of Mick Jagger have expressed relief after reports surfaced that the veteran rock star has found a new love interest.
It's thought that the Rolling Stones frontman was deeply affected by the suicide of fashion designer girlfriend L'Wren Scott in March.
So when he was pictured with a young woman on a balcony in Zurich last week' Scott's grieving sister Jan Shane was quick to snipe at Jagger claiming his womanising ways "will never change".
But pals of the musician have leapt to his defence, claiming the affair was just his way of moving on, the Daily Star reported.
An insider said that Jagger is still sad over Scott's demise, but he is working through it and trying to move on with his life.
