Kangana Ranaut's upcoming flick 'Simran,' directed by Hansal Mehta, will go on floors in the first week of October, confirms the actress herself.
"The workshop went quite well.We will start with the shooting next month, in the first week of October," she told media, when quizzed at the Mumbai airport yesterday.
The 29-year-old actress, who will be portraying a Gujarati NRI named Praful Patel, was recently in Atlanta for a workshop.
Her sister Rangoli took to Twitter, some time back, to share sneak peaks from the recce and workshop session with the director and the team.
"Workshop mode!! #Simran #Atlanta," Rangoli wrote alongside.
Reportedly, 'Simran' tells the story of a girl, her ambitions and how she gets addicted to the world of crime.
