HCL Insys wins quality excellence award for 'Best Customer Service Results'

HCL Insys Pte. Ltd. (HCL Infosystems' Singapore based arm) was felicitated with the Quality Excellence Award for Best Customer Service Result at the prestigious Golden Globe Tigers Award held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Anand Prakash, Chief Quality Officer, HCL Infosystems, was honored at the forum for Innovative Leadership in Quality.

Speaking on the occasion, Anand Prakash, Chief Quality Officer, HCL Infosystems commented, "We are honored to be accorded with this international recognition by the Golden Globe Tigers Awards. This Quality Excellence Award is a recognition of our commitment to attain and sustain the highest standards of quality and service levels for our customers and partners. I am also deeply humbled to receive the Innovative Leadership in Quality award in the presence of global industry leaders."

HCL Insys Pte. Ltd. was recognized for its Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT) improvement initiatives, which resulted in continual improvements in customer delight over the last four years. Enhanced customer experience management resulted in positive business impact in terms of better client relations and incremental revenues.

The Golden Globe Tigers Awards offers an international platform to recognize organizations and industry leaders across Asia for their commitment to excellence in realms of Marketing, Quality, Branding, CSR and Social innovation, Education and Academics.

Since the last four decades, HCL Infosystems is fully committed to customer delight and the highest levels of excellence in customer service.
