Several people have been injured in an explosion in Turkey's central Istanbul Sultanahmet square, a major tourist spot.
Witnesses said they heard a loud explosion and a video footage on CNN Turk channel showed police and ambulance at the scene, Reuters reports.
The cause of the explosion is not yet known.
