Three persons have been killed in Karuali district which is facing a flood like situation.
In Assam, over 300 villages have been inundated in current flood in six districts. Over 76 thousand people have been affected in Golaghat district alone.
Jorhat District administration has set up 16 relief camps where around 4 thousand people are taking shelter.
