Heidi Montag has reportedly gone under the knife again, to replace her size-F breast implants with C-Cups.
The 27-year-old TV personality was seen posing seaside in Santa Barbara, showing off her relatively smaller boobs, which she had redone in a six-hour procedure, Us magazine reported.
'The Hills' star said that she couldn't conceptualize the weight of them in her body as they felt like bowling balls on her chest.
Montag also claimed that she felt better than she had in years.
Prior to the operation, she had been suffering a number of health problems including back and neck pain, as well as numbness in her arms, all due to her size-F implants.
