Hello Kitty will now not just be a fictional cartoon character or a toy you can find with every kid as the character will soon step on big screen for a release in 2019.
The Japanese lifestyle company Sanrio is planning to finance and produce a feature film based on the red-bowed Japanese cat with six symmetrical whiskers and release in 2019, Deadline.com reported.
As per the reports, the movie will be made on the scale of 160 million dollars to 240 million dollars.
Fox Animation has notably acquired film rights to Sanrio's Mr. Men and Little Miss characters in January. Sanrio's other characters in the project will include My Melody and Little Twin Stars.
