Hindu idols desecrated in Bangladesh's Natore area

Hindu idols have reportedly been desecrated at a temple in Bangladesh's Natore area weeks before the annual Durga Puja festivities.

According to the Daily Star, the incident took place at Jorai Durga Temple located in Joraigram area.

Police has been informed and an investigation is underway.

The paper said that the idols of Durga, Ganesh and Kartik were desecrated.
